Fitness Kick: A healthy start for New Beginnings

I've been on a healthy kick lately because for one its time to get healthy...and I am not getting any younger. But being healthy also contributes to alot of good things being thinner is not so shabby and living longer is not to shabby as But I wanted to introduce you guys to healthier me so I will be posting fitness post here and there.
