Wearing Leather in the Office is Always a NoNo but in my book it is a big YES!!! Depending on what type of work you do the more casual the better. If your in a creative office you can pair a leather pencil skirt with a cute shirt or sweater like the pic below and of course bring out the cutest shoes in your closet to pair with your edgy outfit.
